"Nice clean rooms. Kids enjoyed the door bells. Prefect location if you are going to Fuji Q highland. The mountain veiws from the room are amazing. We ate dinner in the Italian restaurant, which was good. The breakfast buffet was the best."

"Hotel room was very nice. The building sort of blooked the fuji view, but that wasn't a big thing for us. The massage was fantastic and so was the private onsen. Traditional breakfast was a wonderful adventure. Staff were very nice. I would stay here again."

"you use QR code instead of key card to enter the room. our floor has ice and water machine in front of our room. the kitchen has everything you need. too bad the weather was not nice and we couldn't see Mount Fuji."

"We spent a wonderful couple of days here. Facilities were great and staff always helpful and available. From shuttle service to breakfast and the onsen and pool facilities, we were very happy with every element. Setting is ideal also; quiet and peaceful for a perfect city detox"
