"It annoyed me that, when I chose this hotel, they failed to specify that the pool would not be open because it wasn't the right season. It is completely absurd, as I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. The hotel's location is entirely inconvenient; it is too far removed from everything, and once the trains stop running, taking an Uber becomes prohibitively expensive. There are no bars or places to go out at night—and, of course, the pool isn't open either. I feel this is a place strictly for families who need to go to bed early—and nothing else."

"Location is great if Shinjuku is your vibe, very busy hotel and area! Room was quite small for the price, not enough space to open luggage so had to chuck it on the bed which wasn’t ideal. The hotel accepted luggage forwarding and had it in our room waiting upon check in! Staff were great in these processes too. Sadly the terrace where the Godzilla head is was closed during our stay for some reason so bit disappointing."

"Great location that’s a little more peaceful area, away from the craziness of Shinjuku shopping district but just a short bus ride away or a nice walk! The restaurant is incredible. The bakery is amazing and our room had a great view of the cool Metropolitan government building and beautiful park."

"We loved our stay! The location was very convenient and close to good restaurants, bars, attractions, stores, and Shibuya Station. The staff was friendly, our room was impeccably clean, and the laundry service on site was so useful. Room was small but that’s likely the case everywhere in Tokyo. The bed was comfortable. I prefer a firm bed and it was wonderful. Overall, would stay here again!"
