"Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. One of the major highlights is a great breakfast with an awesome view on Mt Fuji (if the weather allows). "

"Great location near Shinjuku Station where you can get to nearly everywhere in Tokyo. Hotel has a nice club level on 45th floor. Food and beverages served there several times throughout the day. Nice to sit there and enjoy the views. Hotel rooms are quiet. The staff of the hotel are exceedingly nice and helpful. Thank you to them for making our stay very pleasant."
