"Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! "The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. I don’t speak Japanese and had never been to Japan. They helped me navigate the train system in Japan and get me to the nearest station and had a driver come pick me up. I went to Japan to see...

"Great location, beautiful home. Communication was excellent, the beds were comfortable. Great view of Fuji. My only concern would be the mold in the downstairs bathroom. Looks like an outside leak inside the walls coming through. I did notice a mold/musty smell from it and had a couple headaches while staying there. Either from the mold or the storm that came through."
