"Room was very spacious staff was very attentive the beach umbrellas and chairs that they let you use were brand new they helped to facilitate a car rental without me having to leave the property will definitely be returning "

"I have stayed here two times in the last yr. And find the location right on the Malacon to be perfect. I always ask for a room with a view. That is the best. This last time I was given a room that had a sofa and desk area bath with the bedroom 6 steps up. The bedroom area was great but the sitting area below was void of any decor, lamp didn’t work and overhead light was very dim. Area was dark and a bit depressing. Won’t be asking for that room again. Restaurant in the 5 floor is nice with great views from the deck area. I found the food at times delish and other times not the best . Hit and miss. A bit pricey. the staff are very polite and attentive . Rooms are very clean and the toiletries are nice."

"This is a great hotel, with a unique charm. I came from Seattle, WA and stayed here for over 2-1/2 weeks. If I go back to La Paz I will definitely be staying here again."

"Horrible reception on the tv. Wasn’t feeling well and wanted to stay in room a couple days and couldn’t watch tv cuz the service was awful. Smelt like drainage. The front desk clerk Andrea was very helpful. And Olga helped us get a rent a car. "
