"Almost a mile from the boardwalk is a beautiful small hotel with 1 and 2 bedroom suites with a full kitchen.. I got my steps in every day walking to the western marina to enjoy the scuba diving with sea lions and whale sharks snorkeling. When I didn't feel like walking, ubers were just a few dollars US from anywhere in the city.. Planning on staying here again when I return. Absolutely wonderful!"

"we love it there. Amazing value; the combination of a nice close location to the boardwalk but at the boardwalk which is more crowded noisy and full of traffic. the only little thing was with the cleanness. some hair in the bathroom. this was the second time in a row. we had stayed there 4 times already. the first two it was spotless. we will still go back there."

"Location excellent--2 blocks down to Malecon. Lots of great dinner, breakfast and bar options within 10 minutes. Dinner at Casamarte gives wonderful of sunsets, people watching. Parking--tricky, but have to know the colour system for curbside paint, no parking in red, green, yellow or blue. White/no colour is OK. Got a spot by the hotel front door. Interior is spacious and like an art gallery under renovation. Room 5 also spacious, but needs blinds to keep lobby lights out of the room."

"We (a group of 5 friends and family) stayed here for 4 days after doing a kayak trip. It was fantastic - relaxed, colorful and quiet. It is not on the malecon but is within easy walking distance. The staff was so helpful! "Continental breakfast" included eggs, beans, fruit and tortillas - we rarely had to buy lunch.
