"New home on the beach 20min south of La Rivera. Well equipped and stocked for family’s who are self sufficient and looking modern home in a quiet, safe and remote location. Grill a fresh catch, run on the beach, SUP or SUP surf2-3ft waves or head north for the wind spots. 20min South of La Rivera, 45min south of Los Barriles and 45min north of Cabo Pulmo. Everything was in order, working and clean. Only small challenge was getting the hot tub to work consistently — but they were on it to help us get things sorted. Great stay!"

"Here is my honest review — and I have traveled to Turks, USVI, Aruba, French Riviera, and Italy. This resort is over priced. From the food and drinks to the room rates, keep in mind, you will be charged an additional $400 US dollars in taxes and fees alone, in addition to your nightly rate. Drinks are $25-$30…plan to spend about $150 for breakfast, and anywhere between $260-$600 for lunch and dinner. This resort was nice and I booked a date at $1300 per night, only to find out the real rate was $1788. It’s a nice resort but these things have left a sour taste in my mouth. And for that reason I will definitely not be back to any 4S resorts ever again, anywhere. This is also the last time I’ll be visiting Cabo. I’d rather go to Turks and Caicos for the prices we paid. Your employees were excellent. "
