"Honestly, I typically love Best Western, but I had a horrible experience. I ALWAYS book through Expedia and they are absolutely wonderful. However, I did not get the room I booked, and got an ADA accessible room. It would have been fine, if I could fit under the shower head, and if the entire room didn’t reek of mold. I asked the staff if I could be switched and he said “there is nothing I can do, rooms booked through third parties are non-negotiable.” Which I know to be a lie, as I have upgraded many times. I was even willing to pay more. The room was dirty, there was a wash rag near the shower curtain that was USED and they hadn’t even moved the curtain apparently. I typically don’t complain but this room was awful. They need better housekeeping and customer service. "
