The staff were very friendly and professional. They took care of us from check in, to make reservations at the restaurant, to order transportations. Breakfast buffet was great and included. The welcome desert plate and wine was such a surprise! We truely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to any friends who decide to visit La Fortuna! "

We stayed in a chalet overlooking the volcano, and on a clear day the view was simply enviable.
