"I messed up our reservations and the location was great to work with me in getting them fixed. Room was clean and well appointed. Friendly staff and loved having self serve coffee station!!"

"The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The latte was excellent. Excellent location near Rialto Market vaporetto stop, and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and gelato. My room was on the third floor, with no elevator, so difficult to haul baggage up 2 flights of stairs. My room was supposed to have a twin and a double bed. The double was good, but the twin was a chair bed (like a sofa bed but a twin). It was not a real bed and was uncomfortable. The bathroom was good, but the shower leaked between the glass panel and the floor. The room and the bathroom had inadequate storage space. Overall enjoyed my stay, but these few things prevented me from giving 5 stars."

"The hotel was beautifully appointed and the staff were polite and friendly. The location was ideal - straight off the vaporetto from the airport and down an alleyway with no bridges to cross. It was also easy to get to the Tronchetto for our cruise the same way. This was a great location where it was fairly peaceful and away from the busy Rialto area but close enough to great restaurants and other vaporettos to Murano and Burano. Overall a great hotel and would stay there again!"

Everyone who worked here was delightful! All staff members were friendly and extremely helpful. They were very organized and professional. The room was wonderful and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay."
