The hotel looks very unassuming considering that it is in the central business district, opposite the central market but it is quite quite inside and safe. Lots of shopping and food around the area. "Beware. Avoid this hotel. They held my passport for the duration of my stay, because i don't carry cash for a key deposit. Their credit card processing machine wasn't working, it was very old technology. I tried 4 different cards but none worked. After checkout they refused to return my passport, because they were trying to scam me to pay cash for incidentals which never occurred.
