"We had a wonderful stay at The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel. The staff at the reception, concierge, and housekeeping were all exceptionally helpful, friendly, and prompt in providing excellent service. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks daily from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the Bukit Bintang area. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pavillion hotel.the service and staff could not do enough for us. The club room food wad very good….thank you for use of wheelchair for our stay.. We would like to thank Allimat bin Jimin and Farhanna for all they did for us .we will be back to the Pavillion for sure ,if we come back to K.L.
