"This is the worse hotel and it looks nothing like on the photo. I asked for a quite room as I am a light sleeper so they give me a room on the 3rd floor right below the restaurant. I could not sleep at night before someone moved tables and chair all night long. The room itself was very very small and not updated. There was an A/C but the smell was so bad so I kept just the window open. Also, the location is busy and anywhere you go, you need to go up to hill.. "

"The property and staff was amazing, even when we didn't understand the "lighting" concept of the do not disturb, when I asked why house cleaning didn't come, they were so patient and immediately came to clean the room, for I was so appreciative. Room service and even security were amazing, so nice and patient. I would definitely begin my trip to Istanbul with this hotel again in the future, nothing compares even as we try different areas within Istanbul."

There is no town around to explore, although there is a very nice cafe, with good priced authentic turkish food a few blocks up the hill. The hotel menu is adequate, but priced in Euros and pricey for Turkey. There is an Aeroport shuttle, Priced at 30 Euros for flights. The hotel is clean, modern, and bland. Good for an overnight stop, not a destination."
