"Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel."

"Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon). Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the room, so I had to just leave my bag in my room while the staff were cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was a set Japanese menu of rice, natto, miso soup, fish...

"After 3 days of the hotel room checked out, my husband found out that he had left a wedding ring in the room, I rang up and contacted the hotel, the staff called Airi ANDO, replied promptly that the wedding ring was found and still keeping it for us, she also arranged a shipment service for delivering the wedding ring to my home in U.K. It was amazing and thanks for all staffs in this hotel who are such professional and helpful.
