Our room wasn’t ready until 6pm when checkin time is 3pm. When we finally got into the room it clearly had not been cleaned properly, hairs and dirt / dust everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

- Description it claims the hotel have laundrette but it did not in operation, when enquiries to front desk they not even able to provide suggestion for where is the nearest laundrette. - The room have some noise from water pipe leakage, I reported to front desk for 3 times but there have no action from the operator. Will not be my choice for next trip to KL.

Worse Experience Ever
I use Hotel.com for most of my business trip and I think it is really convenient, but I have never written a review before because most of the hotel that I stay in are nice. Pacific Regency must be the worse hotel that I ever stay in the issues are as below: 1. the web site did not say the out door pool is under maintenance and they should remove from the feature list and the pictures ( since the only look forward thing is that) 2. During the check in I was ask to pay cash for RM40 for a tourist tax ( was not that much) but why not just include it in the payment. Also I was not charged during my stay of The Majestic Hotel. 3. The non-stop music from the 9th floor Kareoke room does not stop until 4.30am 4. The duty manager saw me and try to explain issues 2 and 3 to me but did you ask if I am free to talk ? just said" hey you stay in xxxx room right and ......." also try to argue with me and claim that duty tax is same in every hotel, I stayed in KL for 8 night and with 2 different hotel I am pretty sure I paid or not at previous hotel and I do not need you to question me on it. 5. Non stop dropping noise coming from top of the toilet

I stayed in Superior Suite Room and the bed sheet is super dirty. Called the housekeeping for thousand times request to change it but till the end no one appear and they just ignore it. I am super disappointing and definitely would not recommend this hotel to my client as I am a travel consultant.

Can stay if you are going to be outside most day
We stayed here for 3 nights. We did not try their restaurant and laundry facilities. Cons: As soon you enter the property, you can see this property is run down. Check-in time is a bit odd (3 pm) compared to the average times in other hotels (2 pm). Stains on the carpet, sofa, bedsheet. Property located on a bit of steep hill if you are walking. The swimming pool looks like not maintained well. Pros: Big room and bathroom, AC and hot water working good, comfortable bed, just next to KL tower (that's the reason for our stay), view of KL tower is very nearby from their top floor.

Good location, superb staff
The staff at the reception and concierge was amazing: they made all efforts to please guests. Always nice, always smiling. Beyond all expectations. Excellent location - within walking distance to many sights. GoKL bus is near. Very outdated furniture and feeling. Needs refurbishment. Water/toilet had to be fixed - but staff helped immediately and solved the problem. Premier Executive rooms are nice. Those floors are also nice. Neighbouring high buildings block the view, you have to look at walls. City view rooms are good. Simple glass windows make rooms noisy if looking on aircon machines of neighbouring buildings. Very basic breakfast (no real selection for European continental) but it is cheap and the staff is very nice and helpful. Pool area has superb view. It is rather a bar than a recreational area. In general: very good value for the money with very nice staff.

Always love staying here with my fiance. Most of all enjoyed the bathtub and the view, thats why we always book this hotel when we are in KL. Easy to walk around as everything is nearby. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Hotel in room dining menu is good and food is in big portions. Lovely hotel!

Inside hotel was decent, older building well kept with steep driveway on hotel main entrance which is 7th floor by elevator. There is constant flow of office cars parking. The building entrance is on the back of hotel. Al this took some getting used to. The valet - transport is an outside vendor with outrageous pricing. Walk down and get a taxi.

Bad stay for non smokers
At first I got a room smell cigarette smoke, changed to new one. Although it was a non smoking room but how came it smell so hard. Another the room was dusty and have food stain on the floor. I got too tired to changed the room so I stay although having allergy with dust. I try the swiming pool however I am really upset because in changing room the staff smoke there... so I decide that it. I will never choose this place again if no improvement in future. The good thing only the front desk are friendly and the waiters at cafe are very nice.

The hotel is very centralised and convenient to travel to shopping Malls. There is a still smell when u enter the room. Right below the hotel there is a 7-11 which makes it convenient.

Housekeeping was terrible, floor was not clean, no way could we get thru on the phone on any of the stations...…..we have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the worse....it certainly needs refurbishing, very dark and lighting very poor.
