Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

Unresponsive, don’t deal with them

Very bad experience, unresponsive , feel like being cheated, paid in full in advance but in the end we didn’t get the apartment to stay , we were left hanging at the security for hours, advise to all - don't ever book with them
