I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms are superb—spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect from a top-tier hotel. The comfort of the bed and the quality of the in-room facilities made my stay extremely pleasant. The spa and other facilities at JW Marriott KL are also top-notch. The spa offers a serene escape from the bustling city, with a range of treatments that leave you feeling rejuvenated. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area provides a great spot to relax and unwind. One of the major advantages of staying at JW Marriott KL is its location. Situated right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, it offers unparalleled convenience. Entertainment, dining, and shopping options are abundant and just steps away from the hotel. Whether you're looking to explore vibrant street food scenes or indulge in fine dining, you’ll find everything within easy reach. However, one area that could use improvement is the check-in process. During my visit, I noticed consistently long queues at the reception, and the staff appeared to be struggling to manage the flow of guests efficiently. The property is good, staff is also very good but the service ohh god..terrible is an understatement. To get a bedsheet, ice - anything u ask need atleast 30 minutes and two reminders. Happened not once, not twice, but everytime( 6 times in 3 night)

Being a 5 star hotel, check in service was bad. Arrived at hotel around 2:30 pm, room not ready. Told us to wait and called my mobile when ready. At 3:30pm, we received no call and went to check in counter to enquire room status. The one who handled our request took our message and then disappeared, He pretended to work on other things. The other guy then handled us still saying room not available. Asked to change room as we needed to get change and go out. We were told to have one with connecting door (still just a king sze bed room). When we entered the room, it was smaller than expected. Our booking is 40sq m or 430 sq ft room with king sized bed. Our estimation based on the tiles was around 300 sq ft. Hotel said all these rooms were 40sq m. Obviously it is cheating. Lift service was also slow. Far below our expectation for JE Marriott.

We appreciate your time for the feedback given and apologize for the experience that you have encountered upon checked in due to the heavy turnover situation on the day however this was not the excuses for the late of giving out the room. Rest assured, we will look into this matter seriously and improve to enhance guest's stay experience. However, for the sizing of the room is 40 sqm including the washroom hence, the bedroom itself does not look like 40 sqm.

The room is clean but abit old so some wear and tear areas like the cabinets, toilet door off alignment, toilet seat loose, bidet water dripping and etc. TV channels are very limited but overall stay is still good.

Love the central location, but traffic is very congested as there are many other hotels. Traveling time in the van is long, believe Google when a 1km trip can take 15 minutes! Hotel is spacious but has logistic issues. The fridge is inside a totally enclosed cabinet with no ventilation, hot air comes out when you open the cabinet door. The mains plugs are located in non-strategic locations. Try plugging in your kettle for hot water... You get the idea....

The location is perfect, the service and staff in the hotel were excellent. Shopping mall literally surrounding the hotel which is great for shoppers like myself. Grab was super accessible. Overall the best hotel I stayed in.

Room is too small
Hotel was modern and well furnished. My main issue was that the room wasn't as big in reality as there was a 'garden' which takes up quite a lot of space which you can't use. The bathroom is quite small too. The location is good but the rooms are too small for a couple or a family of 3. In future, I would stay elsewhere with bigger rooms

Should provide More TV channels like HBO, Korean and Netflix . Sleeping Pillows however are not comfortable . Hope you could provide pillow menu for a good night sleep Otherwise we had a great 5 night stay here

Disappointing Christmas Stay
Worst stay ever and happened on Christmas Day! Check in staff pretended not to see us in the queue and attended to another guest who just walked right up to the counter. Staff took so long to arrange for the rooms and put us on Level 3 which has no view at all and condition of the room was pretty bad. Furniture stained and very limited TV channels now. Housekeeping was terrible. Did not even clean the bathroom and toilets properly. Toilet bowl was stained but never cleaned. Have to tip them before they cleaned the room properly. The overall experience is so different when we stayed with them few months ago.
