"Rooms were nice overall cause they were clean. And being new had a modern touch that was nice to have. Location was great from being central to things as it was only a few minutes walk to the Old Town Square and several other key attractions and restaurants. You really are in the heart of it all. You are right across from Wawel Castle even, not often you get to sleep next to a castle. The flaws were that it was very noisy. Our room was right next to the street and the trams ran most of the...

"Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night."

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in, very close to the Jewish quarter and with good transport and restaurant options around it. My room was very spacious and well maintained. Bed extremely comfortable and the room came with the full range of facilities, including fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff were delightful to deal with and very accommodating regarding early check-in and storage of luggage. The adjoining bar and restaurant were excellent also. Had a great stay...

A really beautiful Krakow in a great location. The rooms feel modern and clean. Great shower and comfortable bed. It feels very luxurious and it's priced very well. A huge thanks to the wonderful reception staff member Franek. I woke up feeling very unwell one morning and came down to reception for assistance. The kindness and support I received is something I'll never forget. He is truly a wonderful human being.
