Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) Location was great! A short walk to the riverside with castle views (recommend an evening stroll) and not much further to reach the old town. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great city, I will be returning in the future and would definitely consider staying here again. Convenient and excellent value for money.

Great place to stay!

Check in was nice and easy even though we got there late, key was left in a lock box for us. The property itself was in good condition and was nice and clean, the only downside was the pillows on the bed are tiny! Other than that the bed is super comfortable. The property is located within a 5-10 minute walk of basically anywhere you need to go. Overall a great place to stay!

Nice two level apartment in walkable distance to the Wawel Castle and the Old Town. Clean and easy to find. Very good communications. Missing a bit on amenities side, bedding/towels for two only, will apartment advertised as sleeping 4. Extra blankets, bedsheets would be nice. Overall good choice, would stay there again.

Really fantastic apartment, lovely furnishings and really, really clean. Kitchen was well equipped and with complimentary teas and coffees, as well as bottled water. Bed was extremely comfortable too. Big and spacious. Bathroom and shower were good, just one small thing, some small shelves next to the sink would be nice, so you can put your products on there, otherwise you have to use the shelf above the toilet. Short walk to the centre with stunning views of Wawel Castle and a really lovely breakfast cafe nearby called Dali Via. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

I loved this property! It is very well located, near local attractions and very quite area. The room itself was very clean, the couch bed was not easy to put together but that might have been just me so I'm not taking any stars off for that. Communication and instructions to access the property were very quick and clear. I asked for a airport transfer which I had to change last minute because o a flight delay and everything was clearly communicated to the driver that was on time waiting for me at the exit. Very pleasant driver, too.

Everything in easy reach, airport bus stops at the end of the road, around a 2minute walk. Castle, Old Town and Jewish quarter all within easy walking distance. Lovely quiet apartment block, we were on the first floor and our apartment wasn't facing that main road, so minimal noise. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. The apartment was tidy and well appointed, although it could do with cleaning to a higher standard as there was Limescale built up on taps, the back and underside of the toilet seat needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, along with the toilet brush and holder. There was also a very strong smell of sewage under the kitchen sink. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, the foam mattress was all of about 10cm thick and the pillows were more cushions, one smaller than the other, the duvet was also super thin and consisted of 2 x singles. Despite the few negatives, this apartment is excellent value for money, in a great location, not far from the main attractions. The communication from the accommodation was excellent and there was also the added

The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows. They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also Dirty and Did not appear to be cleaned in a long time. Recommended if they fix these issues

This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. The bedroom is only about 10 meters from a busy main road, making it impossible to sleep at night. I booked two nights but had to leave after the first because I was completely exhausted. Police cars, ambulances, and other vehicles kept rushing by all night. I honestly cannot understand how this place still has such a high rating.
