Pool area was very nice although we did not get to use it due to stormy weather during our stay. Overall, I thought it was a good value for a beachfront/balcony room."

"Staff not friendly nor accommodating at all. We had rain for two days and every time we went to front desk for questions they seemed bothered. They didn't offer anything special since we couldn't use the outdoor faciloties. Other resorts get creative to keep everyone happy due to bad weather. Pretty place, bad people. "
