"Listing was incorrect, they had us booked in the upper village (which would have been closer to the ski lift) but we were staying with friends that were in the lower village so that's where we wanted to be. Had to call the resort and hotels.com but they were very accommodating and re-booked it for us (thankfully there was room). Crystal at Panorama was very nice and likely fixed this booking for us."

"Arrived at the property beautiful location close to the ski resort. Although we’re there in the off-season. Great spot to be. It is a three level building. Lower spots there’s a garage you can park in. You walk up the stairs and the master bedroom is on the main floor you walk up a set of stairs, then to the area where you see most of the photos. So the second bedroom second bathroom, and the patio. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. And really nice touch using eco-friendly...

"Overall, we had a good stay. The bed and mattress were a bit old, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable. Other than that, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and responsive. They quickly provided a bassinet for our baby when we requested one, and they also handled our complaint about the clogged bathtub very well. We appreciated how promptly and professionally they addressed the issue."

"The overall grounds were nice and kids loved the pool and hot springs. The rooms and common areas are quite outdated. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. So.many stray hair eveeywhere including the towels.. Hallway carpets were filthy and have a weird smell, a simple vacuum along the walls is greatly needed. Was nervous as reviews from just a week prior were complaining of cleanliness of beds so I bought my.own sheets, but didnt end up using them as sheets appeared freah so it wasnt bad. Overall family had a great time so would be back. I just have high cleanliness standards"

"This was the best hotel of all 6 hotels we’ve used this trip. Very comfortable and roomy room, and lovely interior atrium area with swimming pool and jucuzzi, lots of sitting areas, and space. I almost used the pool but the people getting out of it said it was too cold, hence my score of 4 for amenities. Our dog was treated to cookies which he loved. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is closed on Mondays but we had a great Italian meal in town."
