"A high season, high price one night stay. The room was spacious with a kitchenette area, although not very soundproof. However the bathroom: the tp roll was in my ribcage while seated, rather awkward. Large shower stall with rainhead is nice. Basin/vanity outside the water closet just needed more counterspace. Seems like 2 properties under one management, so only one of the pools was operating. Quickly apparent that staffing was the issue. No included breakfast here, & the attached Denny's restaurant also did not have enough staff to be open for the dinner hour. When we did patronize them for breakfast, the staff there seemed rushed off their feet. I think a better nightly rate is in order if the property is cutting back in other areas due to staffing, therefore only 4 stars."
