Valley’s Edge Resort Hotels, Edgewater

"Unassuming from the outside, this well maintained and quiet hotel was a delight from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food (we at in the small lounge, which shares a menu and kitchen with the dining room) was delicious and wonderfully prepared. I had a perfectly cooked steak sandwich and my wife had a chicken burger which she pronounced excellent. We shared a plate of nachos the second night as we had a smaller appetite. The large was too much for two people, though certainly tasty. The room was large, with a comfortable king bed, couch and flat screen TV. The bathroom is stylish and spacious, with a marble countertop and slate floor. The tub was a good size with plenty of hot water. All in all, great value for money and we will definitely stay again."

"This is a older motel, not a luxury resort, mattress are quite hard but we were gladly surprise of the cleanliness, and renovated rooms that looked exactly as pictured. Very convenient location, we walked to the stores, and restaurants. You could always walk to the pools as well, but we went for a night swim so we rode the car for less than 2 minutes. There was no issue, and I liked that the doors are by code and not key."

"Great little hotel. Our room had a little kitchen equipped with dishes. We had a little charcuterie board and a glass of wine at the little bistro set outside our room. We will definitely stay again. Quiet location and walkable to restaurants and convenient stores."
