"The room was very clean. No concerns with cleanliness at all. It was very hard to get a hold of the front desk. The phone line says they are open from 9-8pm, yet I couldn’t get through the whole day prior to our stay. Office is actually only open from 4-7pm, so if you need anything outside of those hours, you're out of luck."

"Parking was good, kitchen sink had no hot water or took long time to get hot water for doing dishes. Shower was nice but difficult to set tempature for shower. Either too cold or too hot. "

"We rented the townhomes and they were perfect for bigger group. Quiet area, clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, polite staff and easy parking. Loved the area and bighorn sheep around. Will come back again!"

Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here. "
