The breakfast was quite good, the waffle making was well set up, easy to use and didn’t leave a big mess, plus many other hot and cold options. The air conditioner on the room was a bit noisy and there is a huge space under the hotel room door that light and noise seeps through.

The room is spacious and was sparkling clean. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Literally nothing to complain about. Staff was very friendly and check in/out was lightning quick. The hotel offers water, hot water, coffee (including decaff) 24h at the restaurant. The included breakfast has scrambled eggs, bacon, freshly baked waffles, baked goods, toast, juice, coffee and tea. And fruit as well. Well worth the stay just for the breakfast if you ask me.

The room we got was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. We'd also like to give a special thank you to Shen from the kitchen for her kindness when our daughter accidentally spilled her drink. She was so patient and thoughtful, and even gave our daughter a brownie after she became overwhelmed by the incident. That small gesture meant a lot to us. We also want to commend Chhoi at the front desk for making our stay smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and provided excellent service. Thank you all for making our stay such a wonderful experience—we'll definitely be happy to return!

We will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was very good. You could choose from bacon, small omelettes, various kinds of bread and bagels, cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, and boiled eggs. The hotel felt like it was quite new. It was worth it to pay a little bit more for a sweet. It was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel was very, very clean. Also, the breakfast staff were great; they were very attentive and helpful. It was right off the highway in Revelstoke and shared a parking lot with places like Dairy Queen and a pizza place and other fast food places.

We had an excellent stay at the Fairfield Inn in Revelstoke. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. Everything was well organized and regularly replenished. Overall, a fantastic experience. Clean rooms, outstanding customer service, and a great breakfast made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Revelstoke!

Breakfast was great. Lots of selection and clean and large sitting area. Room was very clean. You could hear the train passing, so maybe see if you could get a room facing the highway if a light sleeper. Might help...staff were friendly, hot tub was hot and clean. Would stay again
