"The room was exceptionally nice, a large and comfortable one-bedroom suite for a very reasonable rate."

We chose it as it had a swimming pool but unfortunately on arrival we were told the pool was out of use, very disappointing (this could be emailed to guests in advance). The hot tub was nice though. Our arrival was underwhelming as no greeting and quite a long wait. Breakfast, while complimentary, was very underwhelming. The hotel felt tired and has potential to be improved."

"Room was pretty dirty - especially the bathroom. Shirt black hairs on the supposed clean towels, hair between the shower curtains on the top of the tub, mold in the shower, bugs and bloody bug guts on the wall by the mirror, and food crumbs on the pull out bed. We were travelling with a dog so our options were limited and I understand that I get what I pay for, but for $170 I'd hope that I at least got a clean room. Thankfully when I spoke to the front desk in the morning they waived the pet fee for us."

"The resort never disappoints. The cleaning team did a really good job. Front desk staff was very busy and the wait to check in was a bit long. Staff in restaurant were good and it is a great place to go and relax. "
