"The room space was small but so well organized and the lighting was good. The coffee in the room was high quality with real cups and glasses. The motel is close to a busy road and railway track so a bit noisy."

"Had a wonderful stay at the Northwinds. The rooms and bathrooms were very well maintained with a clean, modern touch that made the stay really comfortable. One of the best parts was stepping outside to the beautiful mountain backdrop — such an amazing view to wake up to. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was pretty dirty - especially the bathroom. Shirt black hairs on the supposed clean towels, hair between the shower curtains on the top of the tub, mold in the shower, bugs and bloody bug guts on the wall by the mirror, and food crumbs on the pull out bed. We were travelling with a dog so our options were limited and I understand that I get what I pay for, but for $170 I'd hope that I at least got a clean room. Thankfully when I spoke to the front desk in the morning they waived the pet fee for us."

"The resort never disappoints. The cleaning team did a really good job. Front desk staff was very busy and the wait to check in was a bit long. Staff in restaurant were good and it is a great place to go and relax. "

"Great location. Great water park for kids. The units are a bit dated. Mismatched kitchen cups and some utensils. Floors were a bit dirty. Noticed the cleaners using the same vacuum on the patios as inside the units. Some light bulbs burnt out and cabinet handles broken. Toilet water hose inside the fill tank came off and had to repair it myself. I would stay here again mostly because of the area. Overall, the place just needs a little bit of love."
