It’s worth spending the additional money for a high room or penthouse. Lots of comfort. Air con was fantastic. Staff were very accommodating with only one exception across a week. So probably an exception rather than a rule. Location is much quieter than the very dense areas but still located within reach of everything.

Built on a steep hill above Nai Harn beach, Sunsuri is a modern resort with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The four connected pools and large public areas create enough space to enjoy some privacy even when the resort is busy.

Loved Le Meridien hotel. This hotel is so big and has its own beach which is a decent size and kept very clean.the pools are amazing and only a few steps from the beach. Valentine the baby elephant comes out to the beach twice a day at 11am and 3 pm. Stays and poses for photos for about an hour. The hotel has everything and we didn't leave it in 4 days. On the beach u can use the canoes for free. There's a company on the beach where u can rent jet skis and snorkels and boogie boards. ...

We are a couple in our early to mid-sixties, who have just spent 8 nights in a ‘Grand Pool Villa’ which included free Wi-Fi and full breakfast - a great choice in hind-sight! We have travelled extensively in recent years and highly recommend this resort and spa as one of the best we have stayed in. While researching where to stay, we noted a number of reviews were critical of the place for one reason or another, for example:

The staff are so accommodating, polite, helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing with the variety of continental, Thai foods and English breakfast as well as a salad bar. Rooms always cleaned with new towels everday and linen. The general areas are kept clean. Taxi right next door cost A$40 return trip to Phuket which is about 20-30 min drive and they are willing to wait for you. Phuket Tour 3-4 hours $12 p/p. The Beach Bar was our favourite eating joint. Good value.

Me and my partner were amazed by this place as soon as we walked through the lobby and overlooked the view. All the staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. Once opening the door to our villa we were very impressed by the beautiful view of the ocean and our infinity pool. It did not stop there, every other part of the villa from the bathroom to the bedroom was excellent and we felt so fancy. We spent a lot of time laying by the main infinity pool situated right by the beach where we...

Stayed for one week in a two bedroom apartment with direct pool access. The apartment was not huge but spacious enough for our family of three, with two bathrooms and kitchen facilities. The complex is beautiful and was very quiet while we were there. The complex areas, including the two pools, were always clean.
Breakfast was included in our booking and although not large was adequate and tasty, however the food was never warm (sometimes not even tepid) and the cafe staff were efficient and...

The view was Incredible, all of the staff were lovely and very helpful, we went to the Spa a number of times as it was the best massage we have both ever experienced. The meals were incredible in the restaurant and the experiences booked from the tour guide on site were all perfect.
I couldn't rate this stay higher and we will definitely return to this resort on our next vacation
Thank you for such a perfect holiday

This is our second time staying at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town.
Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

the place is nicely decorated and very clean. We have booked a 6-room villa but there are 2 rooms at downstairs which when we arrive, there are some stuffy smell in those 2 rooms. Apart from that, there are fallen leaves and flowers all over the place which are really unpleasant. The manager has tried his best to fix the problem for us but there are still some smell. On understanding that it takes time to let the smell gone, the manager has arranged another villa for our friends to stay...

We had a great time, the staff were friendly, the facilities were great and the breakfast buffet every morning had plenty of options.
If you want to do all inclusive you would never have to leave the resort.
Our three year old was in the pool everyday, the beach is just down the steep hill. (Prefered Karon than Kata personally. Food options and night market dish three hill have cheaper food if you want to explore like us.
Request the more updated rooms if possible, a few things wrong or not...
