Small hiccups like a malfunctioning air conditioner and ants near the garbage was quickly remedied. Food at the Sumpao restaurant onsite was delicious although priced for tourists. Got it for last two days out of seven days but was reached by staff that there is an issue with the pool access room and to ensure my satisfaction they offered free upgrade to a Villa with private pool and it was amazing. The breakfast basket at the pool i requested was simply amazing. Overall, it was a great experience. Check out time is 12:00 which is good and upon request they complimentary extended the checkout time to 2:00 pm. So, a great experience overall. "
