It’s worth spending the additional money for a high room or penthouse. Lots of comfort. Air con was fantastic. Staff were very accommodating with only one exception across a week. So probably an exception rather than a rule. Location is much quieter than the very dense areas but still located within reach of everything.

Valentine the baby elephant comes out to the beach twice a day at 11am and 3 pm. Stays and poses for photos for about an hour. The hotel has everything and we didn't leave it in 4 days. The staff are so accommodating, polite, helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast was amazing with the variety of continental, Thai foods and English breakfast as well as a salad bar. Rooms always cleaned with new towels everday and linen. The general areas are kept clean. Taxi right next door cost A$40 return trip to Phuket which is about 20-30 min drive and they are willing to wait for you. Phuket Tour 3-4 hours $12 p/p. The Beach Bar was our favourite eating joint. Good value.

The view was Incredible, all of the staff were lovely and very helpful, we went to the Spa a number of times as it was the best massage we have both ever experienced. The meals were incredible in the restaurant and the experiences booked from the tour guide on site were all perfect.
I couldn't rate this stay higher and we will definitely return to this resort on our next vacation

There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town.
Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!
