"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

Our villa was well equipped and nicely decorated with a vintage look. Renovation should be in its future, everything was in working order during our stay. We would stay again. "Loved the restaurant and the staff working it. Food was amazing and staff were so accommodating and kind. Shower had low pressure and did not hold consistent water pressure / temperature. We stayed for two nights and requested a replenishment of supplies. No towels were exchanged and we were left no sanitary bags- which I feel there should be plenty considering the resort requests that you do not flush anything down the toilet. Overall it was a nice stay. "

"When we arrived at the resort after a long taxi ride, we received a fantastic welcome from the staff. Martin (the Guest Manager) quickly seated us at a table in the lounge, where we were served a refreshing drink and cold towels. He took care of the entire check-in process there and explained how everything works at the resort. While we were waiting for our room to be ready—we arrived well before check-in—we were served afternoon tea. The rooms at this resort offer a spectacular view, as it is built along a mountainside overlooking the ocean. We were completely overwhelmed. The staff at this resort are absolutely wonderful. Everyone makes sure you have everything you need and is always happy to stop for a friendly chat, which makes the experience feel very personal. They remember what we usually order and ask the next time if we would like to have the same again. Examples of staff groups we interacted with include the lounge, breakfast, reception, traffic control, housekeeping, gardening, transport/shuttle, restaurant, and bar staff. Every single one of them is outstanding."

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. We enjoyed the beach. We had no trouble getting from our villa to the resort center; the buggies always arrived promptly. Our particular residence was multi-level, with a lot of steps, and so should only be chosen by guests who are fully ambulatory. It was quite luxurious and had a full size pool, quite impressive and more than we expected. The scheduled on site activities and the spa were thoroughly enjoyed. The concierge assisted us with arranging off-site experiences and airport transportation."
