"One of the best hotel experiences I have had in Thailand. Solid 9.9/10"

"Leider hatten wir mit unserer Poolvilla am Strand ein bisschen Pech. Im Badezimmer roch es übel. Der Kühlschrank war voll Wasserpfütze weil das Eisfach verreist war und es tropfte alles nach unten. Ein Liegestuhl war gebrochen. Zum Duschen kam kaum Wasser raus. So dass ich einen Friseur aufsuchen musste. Die ersten 2 Tage gab es auch kein W-lan. "We loved our stay at Coco Palm! It is an older/more traditional style resort but that was part of the charm for us. The beach is beautiful and quiet. Lovely pool, bar and restaurant and delicious Thai food options. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, made amazing cocktails and great food. Our room was so clean every day and the beach was always spotless. Big shout out to Nèung at the bar - thank you for all the cocktails and great chat! We hope to be back one day."

"Beautiful hotel , super nice staff and amazing breakfast"

"Our favorite stay in Thailand. Peaceful setting and outstanding staff. The food is excellent as well!"

"Restaurant wasn’t open bar and breakfast etc not open late Room could have done with being updated it’s a little old inside There are better places for the same price only reason expensive is it’s in chaweng beach road"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Meliá Koh Samui. The property is beautiful, with a great beachfront setting, lovely pools, and fantastic views that made the whole experience feel special. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and they genuinely made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. Our main feedback would be about the food and drinks. While the setting was lovely, we felt the quality, flavour, and value of the food and beverages could be better for a resort...

"Excellent location if looking for a quieter relaxing atmosphere"
