From the room to the staff and the location all was amazing every day I leave and I come back to my room there’s new clean towels and bedsheets and the rooms are so beautiful and comfy I would recommend this hotel to anyone and the staff was super helpful and informative breakfast was a lil pricy but was good

I love this hotel its right close to Walking St and you can also ride the Bot for 15 Baht to the Malls Central and Terminal 21 and also walking distance to the Beach. My second time staying here. The Front Desk and Cleaners were very nice and helpful as always. I didn't get the Breakfast this time but Breakfast is nice. Good stay for the cost.

Best location - surrounded by great restaurants, across the street from the beach, famous Walking Street is half a block away. Hotel is clean/well kept with comfortable beds. And very quiet at night to get yourself a good sleep!

The hotel is in a central area and safe. Room was clean. The bed was very hard which is normal for Thailand. The shower setup(hand wand) is less than ideal as it's inevitable water goes on the floor unless you want to sit down in the tub. Staff were fine, although the bellmen? at the hotel street entrance are useless, glued to their phones and disinterested. Thankfully I only had light luggage - presumably they are there to help travelers with luggage/access the elevator if needed? Guests should be aware that at check-in the hotel requires a 1000 baht damage deposit and only accepts cash rather than credit card.

The staff was very nice. We opted for breakfast and most times the buffet wasn't available but they did have a breakfast menu to select from few choices. The rooms were clean but I did notice they have an ant problem and looks like bedbugs to me. But other than that nice staff and very clean hotel its just they have to spray for BUGS!!!
