"An incredible option for a value for money stay in Venlo. You may not get a pool, or a restaurant etc. but you do get all that you actually need and nothing more. No unnecessary frills just the basics done superbly well. A spacious room, decent shower room/toilet/wash-basin etc. Huge tv on the wall opposite the bed. What you do get is location! Sited very close to the railway station, and a 5 ionise walk to the town centre with its array of squares, bars, restaurants, cafés, etc. Shopping is amazing too. Town centre is pedestrianised so it's great for a stroll in the evening and in the day too. Hotel offers complementary pastries and coffee etc. in the morning, and you can have a seat on the terrace out front to have breakfast, or just a beer/coffee. Staff are super nice and welcoming. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price. You get what you want, pay only for what you really need, and don't have to stump up for stuff you just don't need. All in all the best value/quality balance for a stay in Venlo."

"Nicely remodeled orphanage in a building dating back to 1660. Very small room, basically twice the size of a queen sized bed. Far half is bed, nearby side has a corner shower and a sink. Plenty of stuff to do in town no need to use room for anything but rest. Restrooms are shared on the floor and accessible via key fob. There’s a nice lounge area with limited hours and service and an outside patio. This place is near everything in downtown Venlo and very walkable. Vehicle parking is a few block away. The center has traffic access limitations "
