Great spot in Kleve, convenient to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants with reasonable paid parking below (15 Euro/night). Comfortable rooms.

In general it was good, clean with a good location and breakfast, parking is also available for acceptable fees. The only thing that the pillows was super thin and not comfy while the bed was good. The ac worked well but noisy.

no complains at all. we are used to use two pillows pp and we got the extra ones in minutes. Its another formula but this accomodation is absolutely worth the money. perfect breakfast and good parking facilities.

Servicekräfte am Empfang sehr Wortkarg, nicht besonders freundlich und allgemeine Informationen werden dem Gast nicht automatisch mitgeteilt. Das Zimmer hat alles was es braucht. Für die Sauberkeit bekommt das Hotel ganz klar Punkteabzug. Deutliche Flecken am Mobiliar sowie Gardinen und geputzt wurde leider auch nicht sehr gründlich. Flecken auf dem Tisch, der gläsernen Dusche und dem Waschbecken. Nach dem Duschen gab es nicht zum 1.Mal eine Wasserlache, so dass der Boden schon länger kaputt ist. Die Betten fühlten sich durchgelegen an. Ansonsten ist es ein ruhiges Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück. Positiv ist die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt.

Geen mogelijkheid om koffie te maken op de kamer. Kleine douche. Douche niet afgescheiden van woon/slaap gedeelte. Ze hadden beter een scheidings wand langs de wastafel kunnen plaatsen waardoor de doucheruimte apart is. Buitenruimte bestrating niet compleet/kapot. Bij het ontbijt smerig bestek en de kommen voor de yoghurt zat nog eten aangekoekt. Hotel heeft goede ligging vlakbij het centrum.

Nice and dog friendly!

Not often you find a hotel that let's you bring a dog for free. Check the silence or clean door hangers (cute!) Nice hotel and perfect location for a day of shopping and enjoying the city life. Restaurant seemed nice and affordable too, but we don't m didn't test it. Yes parking garage is 15€ for the night... but alternative parking close by is ample available cheaper or free. EV charger for 2 cars right at the entrance. If needing a stay in that area again we would return.

The stay was fine. Only issues were: 1. No rubbish receptacle. 2. The air conditioning didnt seem to operate correctly 3. I had the window open and there was a lot of noise from outside. Other than that a convenient stay. Thank you
