Our meal in the restaurant was the best we had during our trip and was made with locally-sourced ingredients. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored and updated building. The fact that it is adults only ensured a quiet, restful stay. Great Black Forest location with plenty of parking."

"What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism. The host is as brilliant as other reviews note - nothing too much trouble. "
