"Good business hotel. Stayed for three nights for a conference. The onsen is great, very relaxing. Good connectivity and good eats further north over the river. Will stay there again if in Osaka. "

"Excellent location by Kyoto station. Fab lobby area with plenty of nooks to relax, fix a hot drink at the coffee and tea bar or head to the south building lobby to enjoy the massage chairs. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Lovely staff. Loved the happy hour drink. Room basic and lacked character but nice to have a balcony. "

"Hotel is just within 2 minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station . Prime location for shopping and dining which is able to meet everyone's desire. Very close to Bus Terminus and Subway Station with the public transport can bring you to different tourist attractions. If you like Japanese hot spring bath and spa, you won't be disappointed . "

"Great location with a lovely Onsen. My only disappoint was I got a king bed room and the king bed was just 2 twin beds pushed together so they kept separating while I was sleeping."

"Hotel was located at a very convenient location. Lots of facilities and amenities were available, including breakfast. Great value for money. Was very clean, and most guests I saw appeared to be non foreigners. Unfortunately the lockers were too thin to fit my suitcase so I had to leave it outside near reception alongside many other oversized suitcases from other travellers. Big let down is I sent a message to the property here on Expedia prior to my stay but no one ever responded to the...
