Perfect place for ur stay in Himeji. The hotel is excellent and comfortable. The facility, for example the sauna is great. Also, the hotel staff is is very friendly and treat ur request likes the ones from their friends or family. Highly recommend.

Great location , very close to JR and Sanyo stations . The rooms are fairly spacious in comparison to typical hotel rooms in Japan and the real value for money . The breakfast is also excellent with a variety of options to choose from . All in all , a great choice if your are in Himeji

The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minutes to Himeji Castle and Kokoen gardens. Shopping all around the train station as well. We were fortunate to get a room with a view of the castle which lights up at night.

Wonderful hotel and location

The hotel was super clean and a very good standard. The breakfast was excellent and of a very good standard. My wife had an omelette made for her just like in Kyoto (Kitchi Kitchi). Would recommend this hotel for it's location, food, service and cleanliness.

Beautiful and very clean property with a great location, near both the Shinkansen but also the Sanyo-Himeji line. Near lots of shops and restaurants, Lawson’s attached to the building, and a shopping mall very close by. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the included breakfast was nice as well. Rooms are a very good size for 2 with lots of luggage. Will stay again!

Amazing place with excellent staff

We stayed for a night and the staff was very welcoming from when we first showed up. I would highly recommend the Kaiseki Dinner which needs to be reserved ahead.

Great location, definitely recommended

Great hotel in a really good location right by the train station and only 10-15 minutes walk to the castle. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. The onsen was really nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The staff was exceptional, tidy, and friendly. The hotel is easily accessible when you come by train, and Himeji Castle is a 15-minute walk. I would advise you to visit the castle also by night because, with the light, it does look really cool even though you can’t go inside.
