"This hotel is closed we were rebooked at the Europa Gatwick hotel a sister hotel connected with the Britannia Hotel chain. On the out side it looked ok check in was fine and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room i booked was pretty spartan, lacking in pillows, one per guest, the beds were absolutely atrocious one could feel the springs thru the mattress and the bed creaked something chronic, there was also a very strange nude picture of a women on the wall over the bed...

"Lovely hotel nicely situated near Victoria Station. The breakfast buffet is literally the most extensive I have ever seen. Almost worth the price of the room! Good-sized room, comfortable bed, and clean. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. If you’re travelling by car, you can park at Waterloo Car Park, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were also really nice, polite, and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!"
