"Overall we had a great stay at the house. Would have been nice to use the fire, but it wasn't operational, and the heat pump remote had flat batteries...but the heaters in the house made up for it and we had a warm house all the time. We had 6 adults in the house and found that very comfortable. A few others things didn't work perfectly but I passed these in to the property manager and hopefully they'll lbe sorted for the next people. Great location just out of town and not too much uphill...

"My wife and I stayed at this spacious condo with unbelievable views of the lake in Queenstown. It had everything we needed, and communication by Rebecca was very fast! It is a convenient walk to downtown and nearby trails. Also, perfect for having a glass of wine on the balcony. I'd recommend this gem to anyone!"

"Drive way very steep. The steps are steep from the garage to walk to the house & slippery when wet. Parking was uneven to park on. Lighting outside the front sliding door could be brighter. Found the furniture average & the lounges well used. Beds were average to sleep on. Location good. "

"Amazing views of the lake and mountains. Great location , easy check in process. Updated kitchen and bathrooms but the rest of the house is a bit dated. Have to take care with the internal steps if you are staying with young children. Nothing much was available in the pantry. Would have been nice to have at least tea & coffee stocked for the guests. "The property is perfect for medium to large groups. It was a convenient walk to and from the town center. For those not wanting the exercise, there are plenty of taxi's and Ubers for a reasonable rate. The house was clean and safe. Each bedroom was comfortable with it's own bathroom. The kitchen was fine to cook any meal. The common areas were large and comfortable. The hot tub was very a very nice bonus to the deal. The owners/managers were very accommodating and responsive... we needed to stay...

"We enjoyed our stay at Woodlands Close Retreat. Everything was advertised. The only difficulty we had was finding the house after dark (I suggest finding it during daylight hours). The property comes with lots of information on how to and where to find things. We would have appreciated paper towels, but we bought our own, and from our experience, no properties in NZ (VRBO) provided paper towels. I wished I had found the grill instructions sooner as I thought there was no gas, but this was...

"Well situated place to stay near central Queenstown. The room has spectacular views of the lake. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Would give it a 5 but the bedroom lacked plug points and cupboard space was limited. Otherwise it was great place to stay. "
