Every hotel in the world should have staff like them. They were so outstanding in their presentation at the front desk especially Disha, she helped us with all we needed to know about London and made our stay so sweet and memorable at Double Tree. "What we loved was the convenience of being so close to the Hammersmith station. The room was also generous and efficient in space. The heat was absolutely quiet and the bathroom well vented (rare in hotels). Bed was comfortable. Would completely book for a future trip without hesitation!"
