"There is plenty of room inside and we loved sitting on the swinging bench under the live oaks. There were lots of birds at the property and we were close to some nice natural areas. The kitchen was adequate although a drying rack for the dishes and repair of the faucet would be good additions. The mattress on the bed we used was average. All in all it is a very nice place to stay."

"Great location, but not quite as easy to walk downtown as it appears, since there no sidewalks and you are walking in the (very wide) streets. It’s small, but well appointed and very clean. Communication with the management was excellent. As a couple, we would definitely stay again. "

"Flawless escape to paradise! Navigated to the picturesque location effortlessly via google maps. Serene atmosphere and immaculate premises enhanced our romantic stay in nature. Spacious accommodations featuring a comfy bed & remarkable balcony vistas stole our hearts; we even spotted beautiful wildlife nearby amidst profound peacefulness! Definitely will return as a couple or even with friends because the other cabins are just as nice and conveniently located near each other. Great common area...

"WONDERFUL rustic cabin in a rural area of Texas Hill country. We stayed in the “German Chocolate” cabin for 4 nights during the solar eclipse and throughly enjoyed our stay. Easy 2 mile drive to Fredericksburg. Lovely baked goods waiting for us on our arrival, plus Sophie’s Bakery is right down the road where additional goodies are available! Would definitely stay here again!"
