Come experience Paradise! 1 Bedroom Condo right at the water's edge. Perfect for those who want to get away from it all, this condo has everything you need. The living room and kitchen have full ocean views. This perfect piece of Paradise offers a beautiful white sand beach that is great for long walks on the beach (it's 6 miles long making it the longest continuous beach in the state of Hawaii).

Green sea turtles love this stretch of beach and lay their eggs on the beaches just north of the complex. Also about a mile away is Kealia National Wildlife Preserve with a boardwalk to observe tropical birds environment... without harming their nesting areas. In the winter months, Humpback whales have chosen the warm waters of Maui to have their babies. Between December and early April, you will see mother whales teaching their babies how to breach, bringing most of their bodies out of the water and landing with a spectacular splash.
It's location is perfect for all your island adventures. Right in the middle of the island, you are centrally located to Lahaina, Wailea and Upcountry Maui. Whether you want to spend your time relaxing on the beaches, Ziplining through rainforest, or golfing at luxurious courses, this is the perfect spot for you.

Beautiful Maui Resort

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the view of ocean was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our coffee every morning while listening to the ocean waves. The place had amble parking, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and beach was only a few steps away. Highly recommend!

First time to Maui and loved it!

The unit is pretty well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Has beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and noodles to use. The bed is super comfy. Easy quick walk to pool and beach. Sugar beach was great walking. The whales were out in fine form and even some sea turtles poking their heads out of the water near shore. We will be back!

This condo was great! Well stocked and clean. We’ve stayed in other units that had the bare minimum. We were surprised when we walked in to see all the extras! Furniture was comfortable and the view from lanai was awesome!

Condo is in a great location. Steps from beach and pool. Very quick drive into Kehei town. Very well decorated and consistent beach theme. AC works well and keeps bedroom cool. Kitchen well equipped (needs a cutting board). Would absolutely stay again!

Sugar Beach oceanfront

We had spent the week in Molokai and came to Maui for a couple of nights before we flew back. It was a very perfect spot for us to lay our heads and have a beautiful day to cruise around and see Maui spend time on the beach. The pool. There is a little store just a short walk away, and there are many places close by for eating out. Thank you for sharing your beachfront condo 🌺😎

Outstanding accommodation on maui

We loved sugar beach and want to come back! The complex is just the right size, not too crowded but big enough to have a nice pool and sprawling grounds. The location is amazing as a jump off point for points east, west, and north. The beach itself is never crowded, offers great swimming for young kids, and even fair snorkeling. The condo comes very well equipped with kitchen equipment, many sand toys, and beach chairs. Despite being a busy spring break week with many families, the surrounding condos (above below next door) never disturbed us with noise. We would love to come back!

Great vacation spot

Great vacation place! The place looked exactly how it did on the pictures, beautiful ocean view. Size of the condo was perfect for the two of us. Check in process was super easy. Condo was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach gear. There is plenty of parking in the parking structure. Private beach just steps away. Location is within walking distance to shops and a restaurant. Overall this is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Maui, it’s not as touristy as other areas, pretty laid back. Finally, Jennifer was great! She is very responsive and worked with us to get a late check out due to our plain leaving late, which we really appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, excellent location, loved the fact that we could take daily walks on the beach to the farmers market, get a shaved ice, or just take a stroll, the pool was nice, met a lot of nice people and family's, the grounds were nice and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was great, well stocked and great view of pool area and ocean.We arrived later in the day,after 7:00, our reservation confirmation had the access code, but not the actual unit number..fortunately we were able to get ahold of the host directly! Jennifer was very responsive. Initially had difficulty accessing the w-fi,there were several options for our specific unit and I was trying to access the wrong one..

The property is dated and could use a coat of paint. Shower doors leak badly, you must keep a towel on the floor to prevent flooding. There are no smoke detectors. Quiet hours were observed which was helpful since we were over the pool. Unit was well stocked with everything vacationers needed.

This was an excellent condo. Perfect location in North Kihei and the view from the balcony was fantastic. No matter what your plans are, this place has everything you need, from beach towels, cooler boxes, and right through to beach chairs. The resort itself is great - I loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the Jacuzzi at the end of a day of sightseeing. The beach itself is so beautiful. My only regret is not staying longer.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here. The bed was so comfortable, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were great. Lots of what you need to enjoy a vacation were right here (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). It was very windy, but maybe that is just Maui this time of year.
