Perfect location!

We loved the patio, view, and access to the park, where we played a ton of pickleball.Pool and BBQ area was refreshed and clean. New washer dryer was great, along with the fridge but other appliances could use an upgrade. All in all a great value!

Great property overlooking the water

Property is exactly as advertised (the lead photo is the same view we enjoyed every day). I am so glad we chose this complex and not one of those across the road from the beach, as seeing whales from our patio, watching the sun set, etc. really added to the experience.We talked to other guests who say they have been coming to this resort for decades and would not go anywhere else!.

This place truly lives up to its nameā€”Maui True Paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unobstructed oceanfront viewsā€”absolutely breathtaking.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the A/C worked great when we needed it (though the ocean breeze usually did the trick!).The location is perfectā€”quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Napili. Thereā€™s even a small beach right out front.The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything incredibly easy. You can tell they take pride in providing a top-notch experience.Highly recommend!

Great location

Unit is right on the lawn separating the building from the beach with beautiful views. 30 second walk to beach. If the beach is the primary focus of your location, there are better swimming beaches (Kameole) a 10 minute drive down the road, but the beach here is uncrowded and great for sunrise/sunset or just sitting. Unit was clean. Furnishings are a bit dated, but unit seemed priced accordingly. Air conditioner did not work on arrival but property manager responded within minutes on a Saturday evening and had someone out the next day to get it working.

The property was well cared for and absolutely gorgeous. This was our 4th stay at this property and it was by far the best condo we have stayed in. They were very responsive when we had an issues and they got the problem fixed fast.

Fantastic Family Holiday

We loved staying at Luana Kai, the condo was fantastic and had everything we needed for our family holiday. The location was great and the facilities at the resort were perfect for families. The pool was fantastic with young children and very safe. We would defiantly stay here again.
