⚠️ UPFRONT NOTE
This condo is located in the very front of the resort right off Kihei Road. That prime location gives you a partial ocean view and the shortest walk to the beach — but also some road noise when windows or the lanai door are open. Please book only if this is acceptable. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.





HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living. Can't Wait To Return

Incredible condo. Beautiful view from the lanai. Beach access across the street. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom. King sized bed. Two window units (bathroom and living area). The host also provided ample amenities and even dropped off a cooler for us to use. We can't wait to return!
