"View was horrible had I known all the ocean views look over the roof and heater stacks I will be back but with a pretty parking lot cow or city It really is best "

"Partial ocean view & partial bay view from our balcony we were side by side to balconies @ hotel next door so if you are into people watching your neighbors, that’s the place to be kind of like being in New York City… not exactly what I expected for an ocean view however the incredible staff from the front desk people to the bellhops and those that worked in the bar restaurant and at the coffee shop we were amazingly kind and helpful! Love the champagne toast upon check-in! "

The blanket had cigarette hole burns and the walls and curtains were stained as well as the sheets. And when I told the front desk the condition of the room he just simply replied okay..."
