"This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The staff is very nice, the pool and villa is very large for a 1 bedroom and even offers more room than some 2 bedrooms due to the layout. The pictures are representative of the place and our family likes how open it is in the livingroom area. One thing to note when booking, is that there is a high room tax so be sure to see the final price in your cart. Breakfast came with our room and I recommend the Nasi Goreng with sweet spicy sauce. "The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...
