"The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. Lots of veggie options, lovely daily yoga."

"Great property with beautiful rooms! The location is fantastic and within walking distance of lots of excellent shops and restaurants. My only complaint was that the pillows were very hard, so I ended up sleeping on my travel pillow. Hopefully they’ll upgrade to something softer.
