"Alaya is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We are vegan and they accommodated our requests. Very nice spa services as well. Get the balinese massage. From check in to check out the whole time we felt very cared for. Very convenient location to walk to places. "

"Maya Ubud was breathtaking, it felt like paradise. I loved waking in the morning and going out onto the terrace and hear all the birds. the people were friendly; they couldn't do enough for me. I have been to many resorts around the world including 5 star venues in major US cities, but it's hard to find a service that comes close to this. I can't even begin to name every staff here who made our stay absolutely perfect. Arya, Miku, Lia, Rita, and everyone else (I can't remember all the names but they were ALL amazing) worked very hard to address any questions or request to make sure every minor detail to my stay was met. I would not even think twice to book here again and recommend my family and friends here."
