"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"Blu guesthouse is a delightful bungalow far from the maddening crowd. It is charming, clean property at the edge of Amed and amongst very friendly villagers. This was the perfect place for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful retreat with partial ocean views. The beach is easily accessible via "stairway to heaven" which was about 1.5km away. "Very impressed with this villa. It was large enough for our family of 8 and very safe for an adventurous 1 year old. It was extremely clean as the cleaner and pool man attended daily. Communication with the managers was amazing and all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and wonderfully cool for a great night's sleep. Only issue was the pool did get too warm in the afternoon as it had no shade."

"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house.
