"Exceptionnel cabins, great restaurant, quiet comfortable luxury. Was disappointed by the very high amour of packaging with their food served in plastic containers if you eat by the pool and for all in room dining meals, which is truly excessive and sad to see. I also wish there was a more attractive spa services with steam bath, hot and cold plunge. "

"If you’re looking for a luxury hotel this isn’t it. However, if you’re looking for Northeast vibes, this hotel is lovely. It’s a bit run down and could use some updates, but it only adds to the ambiance. The resort has a lot of lawn space which is great for kids but also we didn’t travel with kids and didn’t feel as though they were everywhere. There’s lots of space for everyone without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Plenty of staff around for everything and the included breakfast was fantastic. Like a regular restaurant buffet, not a hotel fake breakfast. Like real food and servers getting you drinks. I really love this place and will be back. There are water stations to fill water bottles and they also leave bottled water in room. Everything’s clean and comfortable. Ask for a ground level room so you can walk right out to the lawn from your patio. "
"The inn is located perfectly for access to everything in Kennebunkport while maintaining enough space to be peaceful when its time for bed. We stayed in room 8 in July, and the room was small (as clearly stated in the listing) but big enough for us to move around and in fact we found it pretty comfortable.
Carmen was very pleasant from start to finish, and even called in the chef early for breakfast when she found out a few groups were departing early. This was greatly appreciated by not only us but the other guests.
Not sure if or when we'll be back in Maine, but this will be the first place I look to make a reservation if we are."

"I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy."

"This home was perfect for our family's short stay in Kennebunkport. It was well equipped and in a great location—tucked away in a lovely residential area with an easy walk to town and drive to the beach. The kids had fun playing cornhole in the yard, and the beach parking pass was a huge plus—it made our beach visits so easy without having to navigate local parking rules. The fact that the property is dog-friendly was amazing and was what initially attracted us to the property. The game/exercise room in the garage was a nice bonus and had great potential for added fun, though it did have a musty smell that was challenging for our allergies. Overall, we enjoyed our time here—the home was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We didn't use the attached apartment, but it was a great space as well. "
