"Very nice property to stay at in Old Orchard Beach! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed backyard, which was nice for my dog. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient as well. Only thing that I would have liked was to have access to regular cable on the tv, since I couldn’t watch NESN with Roku. But still would give this place 5 stars! We had a lovely time. 😊"

"My family had a fantastic stay at this house. Although the property had no ratings since we were the first renters, I was hopeful about our experience and was not disappointed. We had seven adults and a 14-month-old stay for three nights. Jason was extremely responsive to all of our questions before our arrival and during our stay. There was no portable crib or high chair when we arrived, and when I contacted Jason, he had them delivered within the hour! There was plenty of space in the living...
