"Ideal view and location in terms of proximity to Palace Playland, restaurants and shops. We did not accurately anticipate the noise level of the almost nightly bands that played at the downstairs restaurant/bar. So if you’re a couple without kids or a single person who does not mind that then the location can’t be beat. I definitely would not recommend if you’re looking for peace and relaxation in the evening hours. Again, that’s our own fault for not taking that into consideration before...

"We had a wonderful time-the property was so close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier. The rooftop with all the seating and the hot tub was especially nice. And the owner was so easy to communicate with and very receptive to any questions we had."
