"This was our first time here. The staff was very friendly. It was very clean, comfortable and very homey feeling. The only down side was the fact that there are no blackout shades/curtains. This was the first weekend that they served breakfast for the season so it wasn't that great but the coffee was very good. We will go back again."

It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, stores and amenities. The property owner/manager was responsive when we ran into an issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I will absolutely keep this as an option for future vacations and weekends at Old Orchard Beach!"
