Funiture and pictures vibrating, and this was the 4th floor. Cant image going there with a family with kids. Unless I was going to party, probably wouldnt stay here again. PS front door knob desperately needs to be fixed."

"Love it when there are no surprises. This property was just as listed. The pictures were accurate. The checkin and departure process was super easy. The location cannot be beat! Walk out to the beach and they have a station to clean your sand off before entering the building again. We visited with three teenagers and had plenty of room for five people. "Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. "This is a great spot for people who want to have all of the conveniences to help with young children, but access to one of Maine’s most beautiful beaches at their fingertips! Everything was clean and tidy, the pictures are exactly what you would expect. My wife is a beach and ocean lover so for us to be so close was a dream come true. Already planning our return trip!"
