Under 10 minute walk to Dock Square and 2 minute walk to Kennebunk River, this 1850 home has been beautifully restored and decorated.

Luxury linens, Casper pillows, SandCloud bath towels, Malin + Goetz toiletries, well-appointed kitchen with Cuisinart cookware, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and SandCloud beach towels are included in your stay. Two bikes and two kayaks are available upon request at no additional cost. A pack n play and high chair is also provided.

Walk to Colony Beach or bike to Kennebunk Beach. 2 minute walk to Perkins Park on the Kennebunk River with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables and steps down to the water for launching kayaks. Dock Square is a vacationer’s dream, full of restaurants, galleries and quaint shops. Stroll along Ocean Avenue after dinner on the water or settle at home for the evening with fresh seafood on the grill located on the cozy porch.

Great place for a girl's weekend!

Ideal location in Kennebunkport! Easy walk to shops and restaurants and even Walker's Point if you are up for it. Loved the fact the owner had a Christmas Tree decorated and lit for us upon arrival. Added ambiance to a festive girl's weekend. Definitely recommend this property! Would stay here again!

Awesome House in the best town

Absolutely great house close to all things to do in Kennebunkport. The house has every amenity and is decorated perfectly. Would bring my family back in a heartbeat.

Thanksgiving getaway

This house was exactly what we wanted. Walkable to downtown. Close to restaurants and the harbor. The attention to detail in the house was next level. We loved our stay and we’ll probably try to come back.

Leaf Peeping Tour!

Christmas get away

Charming Cozy Cottage

Our family of 5 spent a couple of nights in this home full of magical charm for a holiday getaway. House was clean, cozy, with books to read and cozy blankets. We adored the sweet touches such as the Christmas tree and decor throughout. A welcome bag and snacks was most appreciated. Would definitely come again

Great location!

This house was really cute. The host had little extras for the guests which was nice. I loved that she has a book of the local things to do and her recommendations. My husband enjoyed the little outside area off of the kitchen. You can walk to downtown, seemed like the whole town was very safe and inviting area. I would definitely recommend it and hope to be able to come back again!

Quintessential Maine meets eclectic cozy

We loved our stay in this sweet and vozy house for the holiday. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Great board game cabinet! The adorable neighborhood is walkable and our host responded to any message/question within minutes. Book this home, it will not disappoint!

Great getaway

We wanted a quick getaway in Maine to celebrate a milestone birthday. Kennebunkport is close to family and offers hiking and birding, which we enjoy. This little house was perfect. It is clean, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. Comfy beds, seating and great location. We loved the combination of old house and modern decor and modern conveniences. The modern, well appointed kitchen and bathroom were most welcome. There were plenty of places to eat locally despite it being the off season.

Wedding weekend in Kennebunkport

Such a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket of snacks - given that we were 6 hours delayed the family fell on them like locusts. House was charming beyond belief. Location was convenient to a wedding at the Nonantum and surroundings. Loved being able to walk to most activities and restaurants. Just a reminder that two rooms have double beds, for those that are used to kings!

Girls fall trip

The house was exactly what I had dreamed of. The bikes were a great addition and fun for us old ladies. I cannot say enough about the town of Kennebunkport. It was what you see in a Hallmark movie. The house was close to shops, coffee house and restaurant . It was my favorite part of our trip to maine.

Great House for a Girl's Trip!

Cute and cozy antique home within walking distance to downtown Kennebunkport. We had three girls staying there for a girls weekend, and even though the house can sleep more than that, I think it would have felt cramped, so keep that in mind. The host was very responsive to our communications. The house was super clean and she included a bunch of nice little *sweet* touches throughout :-)

Best rental EVER

We loved our stay and we are considering to come back! The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the center of the town. The house itself is a gem. Everything you needs is there! No problem with communication. The host is fantastic. Chocolates, snack and wine were waiting for us!! Again thank you :-)
